the reciprocal of a fraction is the same tying flipped so the reciprocal of -9/11 is 11/-9
The reciprocal of -9/11 is 11/-9. When using the reciprocal you must always flip the fraction. I'll give some examples:
2/3 is 3/2
4/9 is 9/4
1/16 is 16/1
