United kingdom was represented by David Lloyd George- he wanted Germany to pay but not to much as the untied kingdom wanted to keep trading with Germany.

USA was represented by Woodrow Wilson- he wanted to keep peace between the world so he created the 14 points and the league of nations however the USA never joined
