Similarly;

r2h = 75 - - - (eq 2)

Divide eq 2 by eq 1 to get;

r2/r = 75/3

r2/r = 25

r2 = 25r

Thus;

Circumference of base of bigger cylinder = 2Ï€(25r) = 50Ï€r

Circumference of smaller cylinder = 2Ï€r

Thus;

Ratio = 50Ï€r/2Ï€r

Ratio = 25
