sqrt(75) + sqrt(3)
= sqrt(3 * 5^2) + sqrt(3)
= sqrt(3) * sqrt(5^2) + sqrt(3)
= sqrt(3) * 5 + sqrt(3)
= 5 * sqrt(3) + sqrt(3)
= (5 + 1) * sqrt(3)
= 6 * sqrt(3) <----- this is the answer
