a box in a college bookstore contain books and each book in the box is a history books, an English or a science book. if one third of these book are history books and one sixth are English book, what fraction of the book are science book

1) 1/3 + 1/6 = 2/6 + 1/6 = 3/6 = 1/2 -  history and Ehglish
2) 1 - 1/2 = 1/2 - science books - answer.
1 - 1/3 / 1/6

= 6/6 - 2/6 - 1/6

=  3/6 

= 1/2

1/2 are science books.
